On Monday, March 25th at approximately 5pm, a call came over for a vehicle fire. Upon arrival, a landscaping box truck and equipment was fully involved. The crew worked quickly extinguishing the fire, along with pulling out all the equipment in the truck; lawn mower, leaf blower, shelving and other items. Additionally, a saw was used to cut open the box truck to gain access to the fire at the front, to ensure any fire and embers were out. While this was taking place, other members worked on diverting the water/gasoline flowing towards the nearby stream, by using sand hazmat booms and pads.

Definitely a team effort and all returned safely to their respective stations.
