On Thursday, Oct 29th, PVVFD was dispatched to Peekskill Hollow Road for transformer/wires on fire. PVVFD closed the road, until the fire was extinguished and NYSEG made the necessary repairs to reinstate the electric to those area houses that lost their power.

All members returned to their respective stations without further incident.
