Dear Friends and Neighbors,

I hope that you are all doing your best in these difficult and challenging times.

I just wanted to take a moment to assure everyone that the Putnam Valley Volunteer Fire Department is and will continue to respond to all Emergencies. Due to quarantine and infection control regulations, we will be limiting the number of personnel responding directly to the scene. The actual number may vary depending on the nature of the emergency and staffing response will be determined by the Chiefs and Officers. Note we will have additional personal and apparatus standing by at our Stations, should additional resources be needed. These measures are necessary for your protection and ours.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, the Putnam Valley Community, for your understanding and support. Together we will surely make it past these trying times.
