On June 11th, the Putnam Valley Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to the intersection of Peekskill Hollow Road and Brook Falls Road for a motor vehicle accident involving a single vehicle collision with a utility pole.

Peekskill Hollow Road has been closed as NYSEG crews work to replace the damaged wires and then restore power. The road will be re opened when the crews have completed their work.
