On Sunday, January 29th - Putnam Valley and Mahopac Falls Volunteer Fire Departments joined together for an Ice Rescue Drill. Although there was not much ice on the lake, Mahopac brought in their dive team and provided a demonstration on how they use their equipment and divers to do a search in rescue. Thank you to MFVFD for coming out on Sunday and all members from PVVFD who participated. Both departments returned to Station 1 for a pizza lunch.
