PVVFD Training Session

Members of the Putnam Valley Fire Department participated in Flashover Simulator Training presented by the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs held at the Putnam County Fire Training Center on Sunday - October 30th. This training allows firefighters to experience first hand the effects of smoke, heat and combustion and learn how to anticipate and safely operate during the various stages of a working fire.
