On Wednesday, September 14 at approx. 1:15AM the Putnam Valley Fire Department was dispatched to a possible structure fire on Cayuga Road. Residents in the area reported seeing heavy smoke emitting from the second floor of the building. Upon arrival, responding Firefighters discovered a room and contents fire located on the second floor. They were able to quickly confine and extinguish the fire before any major damage occurred.
