On Monday - January 23rd, Putnam Valley Fire Department member, Frank Rush IV was on his way home from work traveling through Grand Central Terminal. On that day, he assisted in saving the life of Moises Dreszer, 70, of Kentucky. Mr. Dreszer suffered a heart attack, which Frank Rush, along with a MTA officer, performed CPR. This was a true save as Mr. Dreszer was revived and taken to the local hospital, where he was put under observation and later released. "Mrs. Dreszer said she considers Rush "an angel" for stopping and immediately starting cardiopulmonary resuscitation."

Great job Frank, you certainly made the department proud.
