The Annual Recognition Dinner was held on Saturday - March 29th at Cortland Colonial Restaurant. There was a great turnout of members, family, friends and distinguished guests. All enjoyed good food and dancing as many of Putnam Valley's finest were recognized for their contributions over the past years.

There were milestones made in Service Awards from 5 years and up. Most notably was Earl Smith and Charlie Milo for 55 years with the department, Bruce Johnson with 45, Ed McCarthy and John Milo with 40 years, Joseph Fejes and Carl DeNisco III with 35 years, Louis Luongo with 30 years and 20 years Life Members - David Anderson, Jr, Jonathan Cummings and Frank W. Rush III.
