July Blood Drive at PVVFD

On Tuesday, July 18th, PVVFD held one of the two annual Blood Drives. Blood supplies are low in the summer months, however, the community and department members came to support the event with 50 pints collected - great job.

Wire Down

On Monday night at 21:06 - PVVFD responded to a call on Canopus Hollow Road and Bell Hollow Road for Wires Down. No reported injuries and all returned to their respective stations without further incident.

Croton and Hudson Valley parades - PVVFD on a Roll!!

On Saturday, June 10th, PVVFD members participated in the Croton Parade, taking home Best Non Reg, 2nd Best Engine and Best Color Guard. On Saturday, June 17th, the members marched in the Hudson Valley parade - where there was 120+ companies participating. We took home 2nd Best over 30 and 2nd Best Color Guard.

PVVFD Kicks off the Parade Season at Pleasantville and Montrose

On Friday June 2nd, PVVFD kicked off the parade session with the Pleasantville Parade - The members looked great and took home Best Department under 25 In Line, Longest Distance Traveled, Best Color Guard and Best Overall Apparatus.

On Saturday June 3rd, PVVFD participated in the Montrose Parade, taking home Best Non-Reg and Best Color Guard.
