On Tuesday June 15 at approximately 11:30 PM, members of the Putnam Valley Fire Department were requested to assist the Mohegan Volunteer Fire Assoc & Lake Mohegan Professional Firefighters Local 2956 by supplying them with our F.A.S.T team for a first due structure fire in their district.
Within minutes of being dispatched, 24-6-1 responded with a full crew of certified members and our Chief Officer. Once on scene members stood by in the event of any fire personnel emergency.
Members remained on scene for about 1.5 hours and returned back in district a little after 1 AM.
